Beginning in
early 2002, "The Wall of Shame" took shape at one end of our
dining room. Posters and essays expressing citizens'
feelings about the activities of the administration in
Washington D.C. found their place. Many pictures were
provided by the sites whitehouse.org
and bushflash.com
The Wall grew layers
thick with posters until, in the fall of 2006, we decided
that it was time to make space for people to eat in
peace.
