Our salads and soups are made with organic produce from the Santa Cruz Farmers' market. Our baked pasta dishes are made with fresh pasta from Pasta Mike's of Santa Cruz

Our chocolate is from El Rey Chocolate of Venezuela. It is made from single variety Criollo cacao. We also use Guittard chaocolate, made in the nearby bay area.

Our bread is by Golden Sheaf Bread Company

Our Chicken is free-range, from Mary's Chicken, San Joachin Valley.

Our Gelato is from Caffe Classico in San Francisco. Our Cherry Crostata and ApplePie are from Emily's Bakery
